This years Caffè Culture Show in Olympia London was a colourful affair; we wanted to share with you some of the highlights
Peanut Hottie http://peanuthottie.com/
The Peanut Hottie stand was one of the brightest and busiest. Lisa Gawthorne has developed a unique and tasty new drink, that is low calorie, under 100 calories per cup, caffeine free and free from artificial additives and colours. It tastes great as a hot drink and a cold drink, with or without milk and can also be an ingredient in many other things.
They are launching a 2 kg catering tub in the autumn, so speak to your wholesaler about stocking it.
Rainbow Bagels from Yummies Deli http://yummiesdeli.com/
Yummies Deli is famous for its Bagels, and especially the Rainbow Bagel! Lawrence Samuel and his fabulous team at Yummies make boiled bagels the traditional way, with a modern twist. As well as the rainbow bagel we tasted a chocolate bagel and amazing rye bread. Your menu will be the most colourful in town with these bagels on it.
Hans Sloane Chocolate http://www.sirhanssloane.com/
Sir Hans Sloane was responsible for introducing milk chocolate to England, and this drinking chocolate is very fine indeed. Perfect for elevating your hot chocolate range well above your competition, and available in a variety of styles including smooth, rich, Madagascar and Equador.
Hygge Tea www.hyggetea.com
Hygge pronounced Hoo-ga, is a Danish word that means to take the time to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life, it describes the feelings of warmth, cosiness and well-being. Tina and Paul have blended a unique range of teas that aim of bringing the Hygge to the UK. The business was launched recently and Caffè Culture was the first opportunity to show their teas to the trade. Judging by the reaction they got at the show, we are sure that it won't be long before everyone enjoys a Hygge!
