How far do you believe you are on your journey towards a successful new business?

100%- I am there, it is all sorted. If I had Rodney as my business partner I would be saying - this time next year Rodney, we will be millionaires!

80% - I know what I am doing, we have a good plan, our location is sorted and I am very confident.

60% - A number of key areas are in place but we still have some substantial gaps such as location, funding, layout, staffing etc.

40% - I have a lot to learn. I know what I want but there are some fundamental gaps that I need to fill and have help with.

20% - It is the very early stage. At the moment it is not much more than a passionate idea. I need a lot of help to create a successful trading business.
