We love to champion independent producers so when we met Diana & Andrew Mills at the London Coffee Festival and tasted their Jun-Kombucha we were blown away.

Diana & Andrew produce Jun-Kombucha in Buckinghamshire UK and after having success selling at food festivals and on line are now stocked by Holland and Barrett across the UK.

For anyone who has never tasted Jun-Kombucha before it is a rare cousin of Kombucha and is often referred to as the “Champagne of Kombucha”. As it is fermented with raw honey, instead of cane sugar, it has a smoother and lighter flavour profile than Kombucha.
