This year like last, Andrew & Claire spoke to dozens of App developers at The London Coffee Festival. It seems that everyone has a brilliant idea that will bring you loads of extra customers, all you need to do is to sign up for their app.
The trouble with all these different apps is that they often give poor value in terms of the numbers of extra customers they attract and they own the customer data.
There was one App that stood out as being simple to join, with a wide reach and low cost, that would give the independent coffee shop or cafe an edge over its competition.
Andrew interviewed David Rossmaur of The ENTERTAINER App about how it works and why independent coffee shops and cafes should sign up.
